This business was founded by Shashi who served as our original President. His vision, integrity and dedication laid the foundation for everything we do today. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy continues to guide our mission.
Graduating with his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Jim is our Director of Engineering. He has been with Kabil Associates for the past 13 years and continues to provide his colleagues with the knowledge he has gained from his 24 years in the industry.
Miraj has over 20 years of experience in the field of IT consulting and IT application development. He has gained valuable business and marketing experience having worked with clients from various industries. He uses this experience to continue to grow the business and manage the administrative/marketing side of Kabil Associates. In addition, he is involved in the back-end office operations including invoicing/billing, book keeping & accounting.
Miraj also takes an active role in all the information system setup and management for Kabil and ensures that all the staff have what they need to be productive in their respective role.
Alison Badowi has been a key contributor to Kabil Associates for 28 years, bringing unmatched expertise in structural design and project management. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from MIT and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University. Alison combines architectural vision with engineering precision to deliver innovative, sustainable, and structurally sound solutions. Her leadership and technical excellence ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
Art has 39 years as an architect. He has worked with Kabil Associates for 24 years as the Associate Architect. Art received his Assoicates of Applied Sciences in Architecture from the University of Toledo in 1982. From there, he went on to gain his Bachelor of University Studies in Architecture from the University of Utah in 1987.
Todd is our Computer Aided Designer and BIM Manager. He graduated from Columbus State Community College with his Associates in Applied Sciences in 1995 and continued his education at Franklin University in 2016 to earn is Bachelor of Science in Interactive Media Design. Todd has been with Kabil Associates for 13 years and has been in the industry for 26 years.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University. He has worked at Kabil Associates for nine years but has been working as a Civil Engineer and Project Manager for 20 years. Jeff has also (and still does) proudly served his country in the United States Army for 32+ years.
Brenda has been a payroll administrator for over 30 years. She began her career earning her Associates of Applied Sciences in Business Administration for Ohio Dominican. From there, Brenda worked for the City of Columbus and, after retiring from there, joined us here at Kabil Associates to become our Payroll Administrator.
